2. Services Provided
We offer a range of services including, but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and acceptance of orders.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
- Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is altered or additional services are requested.
- Deposits: For large-scale projects, a deposit of 30% of the total quoted price may be required prior to the commencement of work. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment: Full payment is due upon the completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
- Cancellations: Bookings may be canceled up to 5 days before the scheduled service without incurring any penalties. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30%.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: You are responsible for providing us with access to the premises during the agreed working hours. Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.
- Clearance of Area: Clients must ensure that the area to be painted or wallpapered is clear of furniture and personal items unless previously agreed otherwise.
- Permits and Permissions: If applicable, you are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and permits are obtained before the commencement of work.
5. Service Guarantees
We aim to provide high-quality services and strive for customer satisfaction. In case of any dissatisfaction with our services, please notify us within 2 days of project completion, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from:
- Failure to follow instructions provided for the preparation or use of surfaces post-installation.
- Pre-existing issues with your property, such as structural weaknesses, that may affect the installation process.
- In the event of accidental damage caused by us, we will work with you to make appropriate repairs.
- Our liability is limited to the total price paid for the services provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WALLORA LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by UK intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.
