As part of our painting and wallpaper installation services, we may provide the necessary materials for your project, including paint, wallpaper, and other required supplies. Below are the details regarding the delivery of materials:

  • Delivery Location: We deliver materials directly to the project site across the UK. Please ensure that access to the site is available at the scheduled time to avoid delays.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Materials will typically be delivered to your site within 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on stock availability and your location. For larger or custom orders, delivery times may vary.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may apply depending on your location and the size of the order. We will inform you of any delivery charges at the time of booking. In some cases, delivery may be included as part of the service fee.
  • Receiving Deliveries: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the materials at the project site. If no one is available, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.

2. Returns of Materials

We understand that, at times, returns of materials may be necessary. Our policy for returning materials is outlined below:

  • Returns Eligibility: Only unused, unopened, and undamaged materials may be eligible for return. Custom-ordered or specially requested items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return Timeframe: If you wish to return materials, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at support@wallora.co.uk with your order details and the reason for the return.
    2. We will provide instructions on how to return the materials to us or arrange for collection from the project site.
    3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Return Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the materials unless they are defective or incorrect. In the case of a return due to our error, we will cover the return shipping or collection costs.
  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

3. Damaged or Defective Materials

If you receive damaged or defective materials, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and either:

  • Arrange for replacement materials to be delivered, or
  • Provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving the materials to ensure a timely resolution.

  • Materials that have been used or opened
  • Materials not purchased through WALLORA

5. Service Returns
